National Tekkie Tax Day

May 26

The next National Tekkie Tax Day is on Friday 26 May 2017. Tekkie Tax Day is a national fundraising campaign supported by more than 1 000 NGOs all over the country – and we are one of them!! There are 5 different stickers, each representing a beneficiary sector - Animals, Bring Hope, Children, Disability or Education. Get your Tekkie Tax “CHILDREN” sticker for R10 or a pair of funky Tekkie Tag shoelaces. Contact us for your stickers, Tekkie Tag shoelaces and free publicity material.  

Child Protection Week

May 27 - June 02

Child Protection is everybody’s business. Support Child Protection week with us by wearing a green ribbon and get involved in protecting our children. National Children's Day

The Government of the Republic of South Africa declared the first Saturday of November as the National Children’s Day with the aim of increasing awareness for the rights of children and to celebrate the progress made. 16 Days of Activism against violence

November 25 - December 10

Wear a white awareness ribbon as you join the rest of the country from 25 November - 10 December in standing together against violence towards women and children. We need to encourage victims to speak up, report abuse and END it! Make your own white ribbons. Involve your colleagues, friends and family and make sure everyone wears it for the full 16 days.
